DIPPER ran well up throughout, but linished tiring and just lasted long enough to outstay GIFT for second place. The latter closed a gap arid finished fast. FIRST All ran in closest pursuit to the stretch and tired. ORPIIANRY finished well. BUSH was only cantering all the war and is a reported good one. BRANDY steadily improved position and-finished fast and gamely. LADY ROSALIE finished well and outstayed the tiring CAIHTTi KILL. ILMA SET the early pace, but tired when JOE KENYON caught her and just lasted long enough; to outstay THE WHIP. The latter ran a good race and finished gamely. ROEBUCK ran ganiely, but was always outpaced. BERTIS, sharply cut off on the first turn, went to his knees. LIMPET ran fairly well. OOT vO FIFTH. ARONDACK was jumped on while rounding the turn into the backstretch. ABRASION ran prominently to the stretch, then quit and her race should be thrown out. The latter was shuffled back at the start, but closed a big gap into a fast gaining second. CLEM BEACHEY ran for-waidly all the way, but tired, in the stretch drive. SHELBY met with early interference and closed a gap. Then tired in the stretch. ED KECK ran fairly well. FORCE and SERVICENCE ran poorly. Scratched 99107 St. Joseph. 105.
