HORSES FROM HIGH ALTITUDES WINNING. Racers That Were Campaigned at Mexico City and Coeur dAlene Score at Juarez. El laso, Tex., December 3. A fair attendance patronized the second day of racing at Juarez. Favorites fared poorly, only one, Ieopold, licing able to finish first. One thing has been demonstrated here ami that Is that horses that have been racing in the high altitudes of Mexico City and Coeur dAlene are better fitted to run than those that have been racing in Kentucky, and boat the latter in every instance. W. C 1anke won two races with Flying Feet and Leopold. A reminiscence of old times was stirred up when Eugene Ilihlebrand, once Americas premier rider, made his appearance on Jim Cafferata, with no success as far as connecting with any money was concerned, however. C. II. Miller and E. Denny incurred the displeasure of the starter and were given live days suspension. .1. Tigue arrived this morning from C"iir dAlene witli the two-year-olds Dromi and Dudo, which he will train for Florence Israel.
