PRIDE OF LISMORE A REPEATER. Big Sprinter Wins Overnight Handicap at Sprinting Distance at Juarez Track. El Paso, Tex.. December 12. Pride of Lismon proved conclusively today that his previous victory was no lluko by winning the six-furlougs handicap with consummate case from Jim Basey, Rey Hindoo, Arasee, Flying AVolf and Irish Gentleman. The big sprinter opened a lead of five lengths immediately after leaving the barrier, and maintaining it to tho end, won off bv himself. Jim Basey made a gamo effort to overtake him in the stretch, hut the best he could do was to finish second. The weather was bright and sunny and it being ladles day, the attendance ran over the average figure. Six books were in line in the main ring, the Apple-gates, father and son, both being represented for the first time. M. DI AVright, president of the CocurdAleno Fair and Racing Association, was an interested spectator. He will remain here for the rest of the week. Mosc Goldblatt reached here yesterday with Mary Emily and Dottie B. Florence A., winner of the closing race, was bid up from 00 to $,"05 by JI. Shields, and was re-, taincd by her owner.
