Nothing has been more surprisingly rapid than the growth of Frank .lay Goulds racing stable in France In 191ii he owned only one- horse, Amphyction. and his colors were rarely in front. In the spring of 1910 he purchased from Mons. Veil-Picard aeveateen two yeur-olds. and of this number six were winners. and ope. They are trained by Percy Lynham, an Englishman, who has done well in his profession. The stable Is at Maisons I,aflitte. when their owner has purchased a training property once owned by William Rotten, a veteran English trainer, and two 1 other adjoining places have lioeu added. Here are sixty box stalls, aad the whole place is up-to-date. Motor vans convey the horses from the training grounds to the various courses.
