NOTES OF THE TURF R E Watkins useful racer Blackford is re ¬ ported to have bowed a tendon tendonW W T Sadler who claimed Flying Feet from the Applegate stable at Windsor recently is financially interested in the stable of J W Flynn FlynnIt It is reported that the Cesarlou twoyearold For ¬ ward bought at Louisville last spring by Dr McEn ory from J H Morris for 7500 died en route to Germany from England as the result of an attack of pneumonia It Is understood that Div McEnery had the colt fully Insured with the Xdoyds in London LondonFive Five jockeys were injured and a horse suffered a broken leg when five of eight horses fell at the Valleyfield Que track Tuesday afternoon The mishap occurred on the first bend when two horses collided and tumbled In the path of three closely following them The Injured jockeys are Skrrvln suffering from brain concussion Williams injured internally Bobbins leg broken C Knight and C White whose Injuries are of a minor character Elizabeth O was destroyed on account ofsustalnlng a broken leg
