DECISION ON RACING INFORMATION Judge Beltler of the Chicago Municipal Court on Wednesday gave a decision In which hu held that a concern furnishinir racing information to gamblers and others could not be convicted under the city ordinance as a keeper of a gambling house houseAs As l ng as this information is furnished to any ¬ body who will pay for it and is not maintained solely for the benefit of bookmakers and other gamb ¬ lers it is n legitimate enterprise ruled the court courtOeorgn Oeorgn Troy A E Morelock and R S Morelock were arrested May 1C in the basement of the Im ¬ perial Building at S12 South Clark street by I e7 tectives Sloier and Etchingham of Assistant Chief Schuettlers office It was charged that this was a clearing house for gamblers
