THE KAISER A FRIEND OF RACING From time to time reports are circulated respect ¬ ing the slight interest taken in the turf by tho German emperor There is no foundation for such statements and the Emperor who lias taken tho keenest Interest in the Hoyal Graditz Stud has per ¬ sonally followed the creation of the new race course and stadium in tho Grunewald This fashionable but recent fixture was recently honored with the visit of the Crown Prince and Princess who came specially from Dantzig to Berlin to see Moo e and Sea King rim In the Paderborn Stakes Moose is the property of the Prince and he owns a half share in Sea King Moose won the race and the Prince with his consort who were received by his Kx cellency Count Lehndorff and M U von Oertzen left the course to return to Dantzig delighted with their visit to Grunewald London Sportsman
