SATISFIED WITH SARATOGA CONDITIONS Albany N Y August It The Rev O R Miller secretary of the Civic League called on Governor Snlzer a day or two ago and said there were no reasons to make any complaints regarding the manner in which racing is being conducted at Saratoga and that the racing association has been successful in preventing violations of the gambling pertaining to bookuiaking and poolselling on its grounds groundsGeorge George II West superintendent of the Law and Order Alliance who has personally attended the races at Saratoga also states that he found no dis ¬ order or any violation of the law and did not feel justified in making any objections as to the manner in which racing Is now being maintained at the Saratoga track
