FLEX, lucky and away well, showed the most speed all the way, set a fast pace and won easing up. ISIDORA suffered slightly from interference on the backstretch, but came fast in the stretch. WINIFRED 1. began slowly and moved up with a rush in the last quarter. BACK BAY ran well and only tired in the last sixteenth. Won driving; second and third the same. LINDAR, showing the most speed and winning all the way, appeared to he beaten in the stretch, but came again gamely near the end. IRIDESCENCE ran a good race and appeared the winner in the last eighth, but tired and was slightly interfered with by the winner. SADIE JOUETT closed a big gap in the last three-eighths. .MESIIACH, SQUIRE BILL and LITTLE BEAN tired after going a good three-quarters. OREILLY linished fast. Overweights Duke of Shelby. 3 pounds. CHARTIER was hard ridden and, moving into the lead soon after the start, kept it and, standing the final drive gamely, held AMON safe through the last sixteenth. AMON ran well up all the way and out gamed POLLS in the stretch drive. POLLS was hard ridden and kept close up throughout. WISHING KING linished fastest and would have been third in a few strides more. FALCADA propped at the start and was away badly. Overweights Polls. 2 pounds. GREEN showed the most early speed and. setting a good pace, disposed of JOE DEIBOLD in the first three-quarters, but tired near the end. JOE DEIBOLD ran in closest pursuit to the homestretch, hut tired when hard urged. CRACKER BOX was well up most of the way. The others were outpaced. Overweights Muff, 1 pound.
