TARTS IS STAKE WINNER TALBOTT FILLY MAKES AUSPICIOUS DEBUT AT CHARLESTON AFTER LONG REST. Has Best of Racing: Luck in Jasper Handicap and Beats Good Opposition Big Crowd Visits Palmetto Park.
