LAURA ran a good race, held on well throughout and was a prominent contender from the start. TOM HOLLAND was forced back at the start Mid closed a big gap. SPINDLE was hard ridden all the way and saved much ground on the turns, but tired in the last seventy yards. HALDEMAN showed the most speed for the first mite, then tired badly. PIERRE DUMAS was outpaced all the way. The winner, entered for 00. was bid up to 05 and bought in.
