OLD ROSEBUD IS TAKEN UP. Lexington. Ky., Jan. 15. M. McLaughlin, foreman for Frank 1. Weir, came here today and shipped to Louisville tonight the three-year-old gelding Old Rosebud and the handicap horses Grover Hughes and Any Port. They have been running out at John 1. Carrs farm and are said to 1k in excellent bodily condition. They are to be trained at Louisville" by McLaughlin "until trainer Weir conies in Kentucky in April. F. G. Stephens, of Cleveland, O., has bought from . II. Clienault the four-year-old bay mare Heeler, by Migraine Strathreel, and will use her for cross country purjioscs. T. Collins, of New York, owner of Bourlion Beau .iml a number of good mares, has leased Mcllxturne Farm from W. S. Barnes and will remove bis thoroughbreds tit that place within the next few days.
