HASSON began slowly and made up much ground, but bored out all through the final eighth. SENATOR JAMES ran well. NUTTY was a close contender to the last eighth. ORANGE BLOSSOM showed a great turn of speed and did not swerve out today, but tired in the final drive. DOMINICA raced in closest pursuit of tup two leaders and finished gamely. JOHN 1. AVAKEFIELD failed to show much speed and ran a ban race. AUNTIE CURL ran fairly well. The winner, entered for 00. was bid up to 05 and bought in. BONNE CHANCE was prominent to the head of tin; stretch, where he began to fall to the rear. BLACK-EYED SUSAN ran well. COUSIN PUSS ran a bad race.
