NOTES OF THE TURF. J. P. Johnson has had his good filly Norma L. fired at Charleston to remedy a bad knee and it is thought the same course will have to be pursued with Electrician, E. B. Parsons promising two-year-old. Twenty-two jockeys rode in flat races in Denmark last year. Eight failed to place. The champion was J. Allen, who had 11 wins out Ol 54 mounts. T. AVillmont had 10 wins, H. Thieme S, L. Harrison 0 and U. Toon 3.
