GOSSIP FROM BLUE GRASS REGION. Lexington. Ky.. February 21. Dr. W. A. Piatt, of Birmingham, Ala., today performed an operation for roaring on the oue-time good race horse, Boggp, owned by J. 0. and G. H. Keene. Dr. Piatt "has for some time been performing this operation upon roarers In the south with considerable success. Johusou X.
