OPTION ON SHEEPSHEAD BAY TRACK. New York, May 21. Announcement was made today that the Sheepabead Bay race track, the famous course of the Couev Island Jocko Club, is now under an option of sale, the holders of which have until July lo lose their contract to purchase. The property, it is said, is rained it over 2,000,600. If title to the property Is obtained the track will be turned into a motordrome park. On the gheepahead Hay track, for manv years, such famous races as the Suburban. Futurity and Lawrence Baalhmtioa stakes were inn.
