BARRING ONE-EYED HORSES IN AUSTRALIA. In the belief that one eyed horses constitute a ., danger to others in a held, it has been divided by . the Australian Joe-key Club committee that after May 1 DO entry of horses blind of one eye will be " received foi their race meetings.
