MORRIS-TOWN,, n also running well in the going, came fast through the stretch and barely failed to win. ROLALA tired near the end after showing good speed and racing into the lead on the last turn. BUR-MI 11 AX raced well up for the first half and tired in the stretch drive. FURLONG and YENGHEE uit. RUBICON II. set the pace for the first half and quit abruptly. WIL1IITE closed a good gnp. HELEN BARBEE raced into the lead in the first quarter and made the pace fast for the going, but began tiring in the last eighth under hard riding and just lasted long enough to save second place. G ROVER HUGHES was taken back in the first quarter and had to come wide into the stretch, hut finished fast and gamely and probably was best today. PRINCE HERMIS was going fastest of all at the end and would have won at a longer distance. THE WIDOW MOON quit in the last quarter.
