GENERAL NEWS NOTES OF THE DAY. Dispatches received at Washington from American Consul Sillinian in Mexico City reported the arrival nt General Zanata there Sunday. The general at once restored the tram car properties confiscated by the constitutionalists.-to the owning corporation and restored property of " American named Hill, which also had lioen taken. The killing of four Spaniards on the entry of the Zapata forces was also reported. Zapata has conferred with the Spanish minister, and, it is said, gave assurances that full protection will be accorded to Spaniards. General Angeles also arrived Sunday with the advance guard of Villas army and later Zapata left the city for Puebla. Jeneral Zapata lias appointed Caniilo Arriaga as ids diplomatic agent to the Cuited States. A tlisnatch from Mexico City via El Paso says that. General Villa has entered the Mexican eapit-il at the head of about 25,0110 troops. He remains in the suburbs and will not enter the main part of the eily until ihe arrival of Provisional President Gui-tieirez.
