FORMING SOCIAL CLUB AT NEW ORLEANS. Xew Orleans, La., December 7. Racing with a big social side to it is now a certainty for New Orleans. Tlie Business Mens Racing Association has inaile arrangements with William Campbell to act as secretary of the club and he is getting his various committees together aud will be out with his invitations to join the club before the end of the week. With Jack Campbell in tin; stand William as secretary of tlie club aud T. C. Campbell as general impressario, the orchestra will b" able to play in perfect harmony the "Campbells Are Coming." Horses continue to pour in. This morning Al Luzader arrived with fourteen, including To.n King. Henry Wyand.
