T. C. MCDOWELLS STRING FOR 1915. Lexington, Ky., December 7. If vearling trials count, T. C. .McDowell will hold a formidable hand for the juvenile racing of 1915. Of twelve vearlings in Mr. McDowells stable, only one has failed to work as fast as a quarter in :23. The list of the trials is herewith given: Chestnut colt by Voter Lady Anne, 22i. Buy filly by Ieep o Day Countess Irma. 23. Bay filly by Peter Quince Lucasta, 22. These youngsters will be afforded every opportunity and liberal engagements in stakes. Hi has already entered the Voter Lady Anne, tli Voter Ecstasy and tlie Watercress Pearl V. colts iu all the stakes for two-year-olds offered by the Saratoga Association, namely the Hopeful tho Grand Union Hotel Stakes, United States Hotel Stakes and the Grab Bag Handicap, while tli-s Ogden Kings Daughter filly, which, by the way. Mr. McDowell thinks is one of the sweetest lit tillies he ever owned, has been entered for the Spinaway. In addition to the above, the 1915 string from Ashland Farm will in all probability be composed of the followiug well-known horses: Star Jasmine, br. m, o. by Ogden Star Cat. Liberator, ch. g, 2, by Plauudes Countess Irma. Manager AVaite, ch. c, 2, by Watercress La Venganza. Manager Waitc has been fired and is now coming along promisingly. Waterblossoni, b. f, 2, by Waterboy Iiasseting. Mr. McDowell expects to leave shortly for Havana, where he will act as presiding steward for the meeting which begins there in January. II s will take a few horses to race in Cuba, among them Lady Jane Grey,. Chitra. Dark Flower, and two or three yearlings, some of which he will dispose of before coming back to Kentucky.
