PALMA, showing the most speed in the going, set the pace all the way and won in a canter. BLACK-SHEEP ran a good race and outgamed ALICE TERESA for second place. The latter raced in elosest pursuit to the stretch and tired in the final drive. MARIE COGHILL closed a gap and finished fast after being in a jam soon after the start, in which several suffered. KID NELSON ran poorly. FANEUIL HALL and VELIE FORTY showed speed, but tired. The winner was entered for 200; no bid. Scratched 15372 Chas. Goetz, 108. YALLAHA set the pace to the stretch and outstayed CARRIE ORME lor second place. The latter lan well throughout and finished ganiely. The other two were outpaced, but TOWER showed early speed.
