RULING ISSUED AGAINST JOCKEYS. Montreal. Que.. Julv 22. -Judges Charles Campsu and W. W Lvles. who officiated at the recent meeting of the Montreal Driving Club, at Delerimter Park, have issued a list of riders, who. in the future, cannot ride at any of the tracks at which tbev officiate. This list includes two riders ruled off by Judge Martin Nathans. .11. anil Grand, ruled off by Judge Clark at King Edward Park on areoout of reversals of form shown by Fort Monroe ami Noble Grand. The following is the list: Cecil Knight, jockey and owner. Charles Grand, ruled off by Judge A. Clark. I.. Walsh, ruled off by Judge Nathanson. 1. Gaugel, ruled off by Judge Nathanson. J. Boooev. who wa- denied a New York license. .1. Howard and A. Pickens. It is likely that the ruling will be recognized by the other half-mile tracks iu Canada. Cecil Knight, who was said to have owned the horses John Marrs, Odd Cross and rty. made an affidavit iu which he stated that the lior-es are owned by T. Sheehan. in whoso colors they have. raced.
