HINT OF TROUBLE FOR TIA JUANA. A s| ecial dispatch to tlio New York Sun fr.mi Mexico City says: "A representative of Harry Brolaski of St. Ijotiis, who has had a horse racing concession at I ia .1 nana, l/iwcr California, from Protirio Diaz since 1909. visited the Minister of the Interior today, asking the Carranzistas to rec.ignize the concession. The minister told hint that the administration disapproved of racing and probably would stop the S|MUt. He says that the concession given by Villa and Villista tJeneral Cantu to an American named Spreckcls for racing in Lower California. tor which the Villistas received oo.0oo. would certainly he rev ked as illegal by the Carranzistas. Spreckels plans to begin racing on Christmas under Cantu. who is said to have declared himself independent of all factious, but the minister says that tliis will not save tlie concession."
