Col ton has done quite well In the racing of recent years. She improved steadily and in sonic of her races in the fall gave the suggestion that she might play an important part iu the handicaps of next year. Her mile in 1:30 at Iatonia, October 2.1, with lit! pounds up and giving away much weight to useful horses, was a performance of more than average excellence.
