The next big sale of yearlings will take place at Lexington, September 12, under the management of the Kentucky Sales Co., and the catalogue for this sale, which has just come from the press, shows a trifle over sixty yearlings, representing the get of nearly ever sire of prominence It certainly behooves all men in the racing end of the business to "look to their guns" as far as yearlings are concerned and get here the material for their, coming two-vear-ohi racing division. That a fair two-year-old next year may be wortli more money than ever in the history of racing in this country is possible and the man who has the right one in his stable will have no difficulty in securing a snug sum for it. Racing men had better have their "lamps filled and burning," for this sale will about exhaust the yearling crop.
