The latter ran well and was forced wide when entering the homestretch. AVHITNEY BELLE was hard ridden. CHEMUNG, BURBANK and GLORY BELLE tired. The winner was entered for 00; no bid. MANOKIN ran well and drew clear when called on, but tired in the final drive. BROOKLYN raced on the extreme outside of the leaders through the homestretch and made a game finish.
