ORIENTAL PARK RECORD BROKEN. Ina Kay Hangs Up a New Mark of IM% for Five and a Half Furlongs. Havana. Cuba, January 14. — W. C. Cnpps Nasturtium marc Ina Kay, hung up a new record for five and a half f Miasms at Oriental Park this afternoon, when she won the fourth race in 1:05%. She was ridden by R. Ball and led her opponents all the way. but was driven to the limit to beat 1 ing Tascnn by only a nose. The latter was closing resolutely and would have caught the winner in another stride. Another nose finish came with the running of the fifth race, in which Euterpe lasted long enough to beat Scorpii by the smallest of margins. Captain P. M. Walker famished the winner in the opening race in Oakhurst. It was the first time at the meeting that Captain Walkers colors w . re set n in front. There was a huge crowd in attendance. E. D. Morgan, United States consul to Brazil, was a •clubhouse guest of Frank Steinhardt.
