EDUCATING THE CABINET. The Hobart Tasmania correspondent of a Sydney paper says: "Mr. A. G. James, the minister for education", has been here and seen, studied and probably comoiered the working of the totalizator. He was a keenly-interested spectator of the auto matie bettor at a recent trotting meeting, and la-had all the workings fully explained to him.
