March IS. — With a view to avoiding a conflict with any of the tracks under the jurisdiction of the Canadian IJacing Associations as mnch as possible, and particularly Blue Bonnets and DorvaL the maanger* of the Western Bncing Asso- ciutJen have selected new dates for their spring meeting, which were to have been from June gg to July 7. The spring meeting of the Devonshire track will be held from Saturday. May 11. to Saturday. May 1!, inclusive. The club will make the meeting an attractive one to owners, and will run a handicap wtih an added value of .KM each after i. while the parses will average M». The plant will be completed for the meeting. Several improve m nts decided on a year ago will be carried out, while a more adequate inutml plant will be provided.
