EASTERN RACING GOOD SAYS WM. RYAN. Wm. Ryan, the well-known Chicago commissioner, who spent the past week at Baltimore, reports the eastern racing under full sway and the outlook never brighter. The "take" in mutuel nu- hines has been unusually large and racing at Havre de Grace exceptionaUy clean and formful, under the watchful eye of Judge Fits Gerald. Mr. Ryan left yesterday for Kentucky to enjoy a few days racing at Lexington.
