May lL. — At a hearing yeserday morning before Magistrate W. J. Ahern. no evidence was introduced to prove conclusively that the horse Mars Cassidy had been drugged and therefore C. 11. Anderson was dismissed of the Charge of cruelty to animals, preferred by the Payette County Humane Society, the officers of which had neglected to have Dr. W. B.
