NO FALL RACING AT HOT SPRINGS . . New Orleans, La., September 17. Plans for fall racing at Hot Springs apparently have fallen through and the latest word from the Arkansas Spa indicates that the life of the sport there is threatened by serious trouble between rival track owners. The result is the governor of Arkansas is out witli a statement that there will be no racing at Hot Springs until the track owners settle their differences, because he wont stand for a racing war. The immediate effect is to kill the fall plans. What further damage will be done only time can teU.
