TOM TIT moved up rapidly when straightened out in the homestretch and, wearing MISS GOVE down, outgamed her at the end. MISS GOVE ran well, but tired after racing, into the lead. JOSE DE VALES closed a big gap. but tired and swerved to the inside in the last eighth. ZU ZU ran awny for a quarter while going to the post. LAUDATOR quit after setting the pace to the stretch. BLANCHITA raced into an easy lead in the first eighth and was under slight restraint until in the final eighth, then drew away again after being headed. PAGE WHITE moved up fast on the outside on the far turn, but tired after going to the front in the final eighth. GRANADO ran" well in the going and finished fast. VARDA B. quit in the last quarter after racing well to the last turn. HATTIE BURTON also quit in the stretch. REVELRY JAMES was in rough going until in the last sixteenth, then was taken out from the rail and outstayed JAMES OAKLEY. The latter tired after setting the pace to the last eighth. LYTLE began slowly nnd worked his way up on the outside and finished with a rush after being taken to the middle of the track after entering the homestretch.
