RLBAKER TO LIVE AT KINGSTON FARM He and His Family Will Move There After March 1 Interest in Lexington Stakes StakesLouisville Louisville Ky February S Robert L Haker owner of Kingston Farm was a visitor to this city a few days ago He announced that he mid his family would occupy the dwelling house on the farm after it had been vacated by Miss Elizabeth Dainger field who has been granted the privilege of remain ¬ ing on the place until March 1 Mr ISaker pur ¬ chased from J W Corrigan all of the handsome fur ¬ nishings of the Corrigan bungalow at Churchill Downs and will move them to Kingston Farm without de ¬ lay layJudge Judge William H Shelley has been quite success ¬ ful in the work of soliciting entries for the Lex ¬ ington stakes among the local horsemen He reports more than the usual interest in these and liolieves it is partly due to the liberality of tho Kentucky Association in increasing the added money of sev ¬ oral of their fixtures fixturesAmong Among the nominators to the Churchill Downs spring stakes is II G Hodwell who has sent in a number of entries for the Canadian millionaire J K L Ross The principal stakes that command Hedwolls attention are the Kentucky Derby and Oaks OaksExjocker Exjocker Hryant Ott who during the past three years has been employed as exercise boy for the stable of George J Long has been drafted for the national army and has passed the physical exami ¬ nation The lad is a grandson of the late Sam Hrv ant noted in his day as the owner and trainer of Proctor Knott
