BATTER CAKK. away well and clear of interference, finished fast and gamely when ridden hard and got up to win in the last strides. LOYS liegan fast and showed the most s|ieed, but tired near the end. ILSTER QlEEN closed a gap and was going fast at the end. MANICCRIST suffered much from interference in the tirst sixteenth and tired iu the stretch. SCN MAIDS rider lost a stirrup at the start and she closed an immense gap after being last to the stretch. JESSIE LOCISE and BABY LYNCH showed si ecd, but tired in the streteh. J. UIFIS had no mishaps.
