BRIGHT PROSPECTS FOR NEW ORLEANS ORLEANSNew New Orleans La August 19 New Orleans racing prospects have brightened considerably since re ¬ ceipt of the news that there would be forty days of racing iu Kentucky this fall The resumption of the siwrt ill the Blue Grass state will help Jef ¬ ferson Parks season in the number of horses and followers coming here and the amount of enthusi ¬ asm stirred up Jefferson upJefferson Parks success last year will give the association and the horse owners confidence enough to stage a meeting on a large scale this year The last Kentucky meeting ends on November 2 and Jefferson probably will begin operations shortly afterward afterwardAVith AVith racing going on in Kentucky many horses will be shifted here for the Jefferson meeting On the other hand with only metropolitan meetings the number of horses sent here would be small
