RACE FOR JUVENILE CHAMPIONSHIP Another Futurity has gone into turf history and the name of Dunboyne a son of Celt has gone down nmong that galaxy which includes Morello Doaimo Colin Ogdsu Ormondale Maskette Sweep and many another great horse However in past years the Futurity has decided the championship among the twoyearolds but this year it could not be accorded that position The title already had been won by Billy Kelly a scrawny and unimpressive looking colt which came up from Kentucky to Sara ¬ toga and ran over everything else in that division ran over it with weight and speed speedBilly Billy Kelly beat Dunboyne at the Spa and did it In good style too There is no doubt in our minds that Billy Kelly could do it again And then there Is Eternal which won the Hopeful at Saratoga won it from nineteen rivals and ran the three quarters in the mud in 113 There may be reason to think that Eternal too is Dunboynes master in inAt At anv rate here we have three of the greatest twoyearolds of the year Why not get them to ¬ gether cither here or down in Maryland It would make a race well worth the trip no matter where run and would settle a much mooted question Strongly as Billy Kelly is entrenched at the top we doubt if Commander Koss would decline an invita ¬ tion for a three cornered race New York Suu
