JUVENILES TO RACE AT NEW ORLEANS Xt Louis Mo September 18 Joseph A Murphy has received a wire from Thomas 15 Cromwell sec ¬ retary of the Thoroughbred Horsemens Association notifying iim that at the semiannual meeting of the Horsemens Association lie was instructed to request that twoyearold races be offered at New Orleans after the first of the year The wire stated that the Jockey Club had already rescinded the rule against racing twoyearolds and that the Kentucky State Racing Commission would do so at its next meeting meetingMr Mr Murphy answered that the announcement ad already been made that a twoyearold race would be offered each day and gave Mr Cromwell authority to so notify all his members
