C B HEAD ENLARGES RACING STABLE Louisville Ky October 7 C B Head owner of the Waldeck Stable has extensively increased his racing stable by securing a half interest in all the horses that have been running In the name of J O G H Keene The Waldeck Stable and the Keene stable were banded and all the horses will hereafter be raced under the nom de course of the Waldeck Stable with G H Keene doing the training Moscowa was the first to represent the firm and his victory Saturday in the St Leger Handicap made it an auspicious debut for the colors colorsTrainer Trainer Thomas Murphy who has charge of the A K Macomber horses will only ship five horses to Latonia The others in the big string are on the ailing list Those intended for Latonia racing were shipped today and the others will remain here hereJ J W Mays and T C McDowells horses were shipped to Latonia yesterday A number of other owners timeJ sent their strings at the same time J O Keene today said he will devote his atten ¬ tion exclusively to fanning and breeding thorough ¬ bred horses He recently by purchase of adjacent land made a substantial addition to Keenelaud Furm u portion of which is to be cultivated
