R. T.WILSON LEAVES FOR SUNNY SOUTH NEW YORK, N. Y., February 3. R. T. Wilson, president of the Saratoga Racing Association, after a short visit to the city, has returned to Palmetto Bluffs, S. C, where he twill remain until early spring. Ed Rathman, generally known around the race tracks as "Crackers," is now the manager of Young Clianey. a Baltimore lightweight boxer. Ruthmnn has just doffed his army uniform after having put iu ten months at Camp Meade.
