JOCKEY FRANK ROBINSON IS MARRIED LOCISV1LLE. Ky.. February 21. Jockey Frank Kobinson, leading American rider of last vear arrived here unannounced last Friday, and without making his plans known was quietly married to Miss Lucy SImcoe of this city. Kobinson came here from Hot Springs, where he had been reemeratlng after recovering from an attack of influenza contracted while he was riding in Now Orleans The popular young rider will take his bride to visit his parents in Cleveland and then proceed to Washington. Ijobinson is under contract to ride for the stable of H, PL .Whitney again this year.
