PAYING OFF LATONIA STOCKHOLDERS CINCINNATI O March 14 Stockholders in the Latonia Jockey Club have received their first pay ¬ ment on their stock in the liquidation proceedings since the sale of that property to the Kentucky Jockey Club ClubKadi Kadi shareholder has received 325 in this first payment and a letter from general manager John Ilachmeister says that there will be another pay ¬ ment as soon as the Jockey Club and the United States government agree ion the amount of taxes due taxThis for 117 and 1018 under the excess profits tax This tax has not been paid and the Kentucky Jockey Club in the agreement of sale is with ¬ holding 300000 with which to guarantee this tax A decision in this matter may not be reached by the internal revenue department for several months
