NEW FEATURE IN KENTUCKY RACING LKXINGTON Ky April 1 As the initial step in the popularization of the club houses at Lexing ¬ ton Louisville and Latonia the Kentucky Jockev Club has employed Francis Douglas fornfer sporting editor of the New Vork AVorld later secretary to the governor of Kentucky during the term of James H McCreary to take charge of the club house membership and develop social features There is to be a tea and dancing each afternoon during the racing meetings Douglas is immlar with the people of Kentucky If the Kentucky Jockey Club had searched a year for a man it could not have foilnd one better suited for the place
