WANT BEST HORSES AT HAVRE DE GRACE XEW YORK, X. Y., Septenibor 5. Joe McLennan is working hard to get the best horses in training to race at Havre do Grace. "I cannot get horsemen to agree exactly on. what they want," said McLennan. "Some suggest one thing and others another, and it is difficult to get them to agree on anything, each one wishing to protect his own interests. I want to get all the good handicap horses together in one race and the best three-year-olds in another. I hope to succeed, but it is hard work trying to frame conditions that would insure good contests. The Havre de Grace association will be liberal in its offerings if it can gather up the best horses."
