An episode as much enjoyed as any was a rousing Finish between two old timer- Fullnx and Brusghurst in the third race, which both were heavily backed to win. Bed--tilt- bd for ihe first half, but suddenly gave way and Bringhurst wna first in making in- dn-li for the surrendered lead.
