MANAGER WINNS PROGNOSTICATIONS NEW YORK X Y March 25 Manager Matt Winn of the Kentucky Jockey Club is in the city for a few days looking after his racing interests In speaking of the outlook in Kentucky lie believes the coming racing season will be the greatest in the history of racing in the stale All the horses are doing well said Mr Winn but I am afraid some of them will be a little late in getting to the races at Lexingtoiu but the majority will be ready for the Louisville meeting All the Derby candidates are doing well including the Loft pair Donnacona and On Watch
