THIS RULING IS SELFEXPLANATORY ST LOriS Mo April 21 G D Dryan Jr JrSecretary Secretary Jefferson Parish Fair Association Dear Sir The order denying Geo Chancellor all privileges including admission to the grounds of the JcffiiMin Parish Fair Association has been with ¬ drawn It is stipulated however that should Chancellor return to racing as an owner his horses must be placed in the hands of a trainer approved by the stewards stewardsJockey Jockey L Mink has also been reinstated The stewards believe that they have made it clear that the practice of agreeing to give horses easy races although in this case io fraud was actually accomplished will not be tolerated at Jefferson and they are satisfied that the purposes for which the ruling was made have been accomplished accomplishedJOSEPH JOSEPH A MTUIIIY MTUIIIYC C C HALL HALLH H P CONKLING CONKLINGStewards Stewards
