ANOTHER SUIT OVER MARE TSARINA CINCINNATI O Juno 15 Suit for 1249999 was filed iii Common Pleas Court last week by Fred G Good the wellknown trainer against C Bruce Head Louisville race horse owner The suit re ¬ sults from a dispute over the ownership of Tzarina a brood made Good says he has a onethird in ¬ terest in the horse and Head is refusing to make an accounting accountingGood Good says that when the CorriganMcKinney Stable was sold at auction in Lexington Ky in January 1918 it was agreed between Good and Head that Head should buy the mare for 750 Good to have a onethird interest in any increased value of tlie mare or from the sale of colts Good says a colt was sold at Saratoga Springs N Y for 24500 and the mare herself Is worth 10000
