LITTLE BOY IS DECLARED A RINGER Identity of Horse Not Yet Established Stewards Take Summary Action OTTAWA Out June 23 Pursuant to the dis ¬ qualification of the horse which performed here Monday under the name of Little Boy the follow ¬ ing ruling was given by the stewards this afternoon For misrepresentation and deception in connection with the ownership of the horse Little Boy in the fourth race on June 21 K S Moore Frank Far rington and George F Richings are denied the privileges of the Connaught Park course including admission to the grounds Trainer Stafford Doyle and the mare Celtiva are suspended and recommen ¬ dation is made to the Canadian Kacing Associations that the license of Stafford Doyle be revoked revokedIt It has been determined that the horse which ran in the name of Little Boy is a ringer but his identity has not been established He has been abandoned by his professed owners and is held by the Connanght Park Jockey Club The ringer was entered as owned by E S Moore and as being trained by Stafford Doyle Mr Moore claims the horse really is owned by Mr Farrington a con ¬ tractor of Detroit Riehings connections with the affair is alleged to be that of color changer and it is alleged that the animal is fading to a chest ¬ nut whereas he ran as a dark bay Richings is said to have been ruled off the trotting turf for similar practices practicesInvestigation Investigation has developed that the horse in question was run as a ringer in Kentucky in the race wherein he finished fifth to Opportunity
